ICATS applicators renewing their own ID cards.
Please complete the online form, upload a copy of your current ID card where indicated and enter your payment card details.
If you do not have a copy of your ID card or are unable to upload a copy, then you will need to renew using the AF5 (please see below)
Your application will be processed in due course and your new ID card will be posted to you along with a paid VAT Invoice for your payment. You should receive this within 10 working days.
9 Year renewals
After each 9-year period of certificate validity, a certificate holder must complete a 9-year questionnaire before renewal for that year can take place. If you choose to renew through the website, you will be given the option of either receiving the form through the post or emailed to you.
The form will be accompanied by a letter of explanation regarding the 9-year renewal procedure.
Your 9-year renewal date will be shown on your renewal letter.
AF5 Form (Renewal application form)
If you do not have the AF5 form it can be downloaded here, this form should be completed and forwarded either by email or post to the Correx office along with all documents requested on the form.
